Marriage contract of Zahra Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza Husayn the confectioner, and Aqa Shaykh Asad Allah, the son of Aqa Shaykh Mufid. The mahr was twenty six tumans and two thousand and five hundred dinars, part of which was settled between the bride and the groom.

Marriage contract of Fatimah Sultan Baygum, the daughter of Sayyid Aqa Abu Turab, and Mirza ‘Abd al-Baqi, the son of Haji Sayyid ‘Abd al-Rasul; the mahr is one hundred tumans, which has been settled in exchange for one hundred dinars and one-sixth of a house in Bab al-Dasht neighborhood.

Marriage contract of Umm Kulsum Khanum and Ahmad Aqa, 1883
Marriage contract of Ummah [Umm] Kulsum Khanum, the daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il Arbab, and Haji Ahmad Aqa, the son of Muhammad Husayn Arbab. The mahr is five hundred tumans and a copy of the Qur’an, which remains the groom's debt. According to a note on the first page, dated 1902, Umm Kulsum Khanum settled her mahr and all her rights with Haji Ahmad Aqa in exchange for three hundred tumans.

Marriage contract of Maʻsumah Khanum, daughter of Haj ʻAliyar resident of Tehran [illegible] Isfahan, and Abu Talib, son of ʻAli Riza. The mahr is twenty two tumans and five thousand dinars. ‘Abbas al-Husayni Kawdani, the attorney of Khavar Sultan Khanum (daughter of Mahdi Sulayman from Ruzvah), writes a petition to Aqa Mulla Ghulamhusayn regarding the property disputes between Khavar Sultan Khanum and the inheritors of Karbalayi Nigahdar Bayg (Aqa ‘Abbas Quli Bayg represents himself and the other inheritors). Sale document between Fatimah Baygum and her husband, 1918
Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Husayn and wife of Karbalayi Taqi from Khuzan, sells parts of a house in Shams Abad, which belonged to her according to her marriage contract, to ‘Abd al-Vahhab from Khuzan for fifteen tumans, and the settlement for detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat. Karbalayi Taqi has signed this document.

Settlement between Khatun, daughter of ‘Ishq‘ali from Khuzan, and her husband Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, exchanging some properties (a piece of land, a house, and a garden with its share of water) mentioned in her marriage contract, along with her share of the inheritance from a specific house and garden, and a piece of land inherited from her father for five tumans and a piece of land in Shams Abad from Sultan Muhammad. The fee for the detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Settlement between Haji ‘Ali Asghar and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, 1874
Settlement, dated June 8, 1874, between Haji ‘Ali Asghar, son of Muhammad from Khuzan, and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Mirza Haji Sayyid ‘Ali and wife of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, over one-twelfth of a house and a garden in Shams Abad of Khuzan. Another twelfth of this property belongs to Sakinah Khanum according to her marriage contract. Umm Kulsum Khanum, mother of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, owns one-twelfth of this property as well. On the verso, dated June 9, 1874: another settlement has determined the shares of Sakinah Baygum Khanum and Umm Kulsum Khanum.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Here, in the first document, in 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans.
